FAQ

WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

Pre-ordering means you order in advance - before the 'making process' has begun. This guarantees your purchase before we start production and also helps us reduce over-production (and therefore waste!).
WHAT SIZE WILL I BE?

If you’ve ordered from us before - take your usual size. If this is your first time or you need a little help - please consult our size guides or reach out and we’ll be glad to help!
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All pre-orders have an estimated shipping date specified at the point of order. The date specified is the date the items are scheduled to leave London, UK.

We endeavour to ship within this date but won’t compromise on the time our makers in Italy need to make the best products they can.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT STAGE MY ORDER IS AT?

We’ll keep you updated through each stage of the process via email notification.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

Yes - please get in touch with your order number asap, or simply reply to the confirmation email.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Yes - as per our standard returns policy you have 28 days to return the item/s.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A PRE-ORDER ITEM WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER?

We’ll hold the other item/s in your order until the pre-order item/s arrive and ship them all together. This also applies if you order multiple pre-order items with different estimated dates.

If you’d like your in-stock items sooner we suggest making two separate orders.
CAN I HAVE MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ALTERED?

Yes - if you have purchased from us in the past it’s likely we’ll have your alterations details on file. For any alterations enquiries - please get in touch (CTA) and we’ll be happy to help.

Allow an extra 2-3 days for alterations before shipping.
CAN I HAVE A PRE-ORDER ITEMS MADE-TO-MEASURE?

If you’ve ordered made to measure from us in the past, then we will have your size block stored at our makers in Italy. Get in touch and we can accommodate.
